SoAR, on behalf of the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) R&D department, are looking for enthusiastic healthcare professionals employed by UHS who aspire to take the next step in their research career.

SoAR jointly runs an annual Welcome and Induction Event for all recently appointed NIHR Academy Members, NIHR Associate members, UHS and CRN Research Fellows. 

We run a CDRF workshop to help health and social care professionals (excluding doctors and dentists) prepare a competitive application.

This two day event is aimed at Early Career Researchers who work across the University of Southampton and University Hospital Southampton partnership and/or from a member organisation of NIHR ARC Wessex.

We run a PCAF workshop to help nurses, midwives and allied health professionals prepare a competitive application.

Five practical and interactive 2h sessions, over the course of 5 weeks, focussed on different aspects of PPI delivery.
