SoAR jointly runs an annual Welcome and Induction Event for all recently appointed NIHR Academy Members, NIHR Associate members, UHS and CRN Research Fellows. 

The event is run in collaboration with the NIHR Southampton Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), CRN Wessex and UHS R&D. It is open to anyone starting out in UHS research who wants to know more. 

This event will be a great opportunity to network, meet others in exactly the same position as you, learn about opportunities and support available and a whole lot more. You will meet individuals in the Trust with responsibility for supporting people like you. 

It is highly recommended you attend the induction and for BRC Academy Members,  it is a requirement of your training programme.
